Ooh, this is different for you, I love it She's gorgeous (though more angry looking than you ) and the lighting is wonderful! Though that arm does look a little too relaxed. If you look at photos of archers their arm holding the bow are very straight
Good face, head, torso and shoulder. I think the arm needs a little more definition as it hasn't got any joints/elbow right now. Same goes with the legs that somehow just fades out with a cliff inbetween. The pose is pretty cool though, and so is the framing that adds a lot of depth.

I was just thinking actually, that the Indian sub-continent does not get enough in the way of nods in fantasy writing! It really helps to know exactly where Alema is from; her homeland is the central location in the story, and now I know climate-wise and general cultural inspiration where she is from, I can position the other lands around it. I need to think of a good name for the land now...
